知识产权声明

东方电气集团东方电机有限公司（以下简称：东方电机）向资料接收方共享大型冲击式水轮机研究项目dec pelton 2024 的相关研究资料——田湾河梯级金窝水电站150mw级国产化冲击式水轮机转轮技术资料（以下简称：该技术资料）。

知识产权声明如下：

1. 东方电机是该技术资料知识产权权利人；

2. 资料接收方只有使用权，仅用于科学研究；不能以该技术资料知识产权为由起诉东方电机；资料接收方基于该技术资料进行的后续改进形成的不侵犯第三方权利的知识产权，由东方电机与改进方共享；资料接收方使用或改进该技术资料产生的知识产权纠纷，与东方电机无关；资料接收方禁止利用该技术资料进行工业化生产。

3. 资料接收方禁止将该技术资料以任何形式分享给第三方。

4. 凡使用该资料用于科研项目申报、论文论著发表等均需注明出处，具体格式为：该研究受到大型冲击式水轮机研究项目dec pelton 2024的支持。

5. 接收方自获取该技术资料，视为同意上述约定。

4. all use of this technical data for the application of scientific research projects, the publication of papers, etc., must indicate the source, of the data in the following format: the research is supported by the research project of large pelton turbine dec pelton 2024.

5. the recipient shall be deemed to have agreed to the above agreement by obtaining the technical information.
